It's made by this guy in Australia - the person who's the importer also happens to be my roommate. :-)
You can contact the importer - I'll add the information to the website, but it's ghutchin@pacbell.net. It's about 700 bucks, and installation is more involved than the omega kit. I was doing a complete teardown anyways cause I needed to swap shortblocks, but you can install the kit with engine in the frame. And referring to stock appearance, you can barely tell once the engine is in the frame. (In fact, I'll go update the website right now. ) You do have to send in your top cover and front cover on an exchange basis because they have to be machined.Disclaimer - I don't have any financial ties to this company/alternator kit. Just a satisfied customer/friend who got conned into doing the website. Just a caveat - you need either a valeo or ND starter. I'd *highly* recommend the ND - it seems like a nicer bit of equipment and there's a lot more space for it. jimmyjam screwed with this post 12-07-2004 at 12:22 PM |

Not lost, Exploring!

Any ideas on cost and timeline for ramping production back up? I have another Airhead to do and I would like to compare your upgrade to the Omega one.

I'm working on it, trying to get supply sorted out.
