I need to remember where that cabin is. What do you think she will say when I pull up with a BMW sidecar rig and ask for the cabin?

Yo guys!

I remember the Scarecrow Park when I whizzed by last summer. Interesting place!

Love the cabin where you stayed last night!

Hope the weather will behave for the rest of the way and mebbee soon you will want the cold again! It has been very HOT down here!

As usual all the stuff you put on this thread still hold the raptness of my attention.

Take care, you gotta approx a week and half when you haul arse into the City of Brotherly Love and I look very much forward to see you!

Yep..things you saw are still there so are the bumpy roads which the winters up there have ravaged.

We've been shedding layers of insulation now and then...getting warmer...yup...dunno if I like it! Although the cold was at times harsh but the air was crisp, clean and invigorating...

The heat on the upcoming TAT is even worse...an oven in hell

World Cup ?

What's the deal, Elmer ? In all this fantastic journal, what about the USA qualifying for the later stages of the soccer World Cup ?

Could further progress hamper the trip ????

Haven't missed too many....Eh, I've been hitting some bars after the ride to view some FIFA games now and then, even some motels have channels especially CBC that beam them live. England vs. Deutschland is the game to watch...all motoring must stop. USA vs Ghana...eh, uh...I think Ghana will have it..hhmmm...we're still infants on the world stage of soccer, but if we advance, uh...that'll shame the Europeans and South American...big time

The Town of Matane...

Route #132 and #195 are glorious motorcycle roads although quite rough and bumpy at times. Just ride at ease and keep an eye on thousand of cracks in the road. It was quite chilly after the evening rains but the scenery along these routes with Lac du Salmon on your side is superb.

Resting at Riotel-Hotel sur mer. Pretty nice and recommended.

www.riotel.com

The beaches behind the Hotel

BMW ridin' pup; with harness and doggles..

Cemetery facing the sea in Petit Matane..

Downtown Grande Matane where the Riviere Matane flows through from the mountains into the St. Lawrence seaway...

And the Atlantic Salmon are running upriver..

My love for Flyfishing has always been there......

This ends the day with a proper cup of Cappuchino....

Cheers Amigos..will see you on the other side tomorrow..BAIE COMEAU, QC

Okay, almost all set on my end. I have Friday pm off. the lamb is picked out. Red wine chilling in the basement. Enough Glenfiddich and Laphroig left over from my last ride. The dogs promise to be on their best behavior. The cats promise to be out mousing that night. Spare room will be ready.

See you soon!

Pete
