Funny story, I got wheeled over by the Sarnia cops last week and was wondering what I did, when the cop gets out and says "dont worry, I just wanted to ask you about your bike", lol. So we sat there talking bikes for 15 min.s on the side of the road, nice guy.......that time

If you want to go this weekend i'm in for a ride. I found some more offroad area to ride on out by Rodeny.We could head out that way.
I put new bars on the bike yesterday(Pro Taper SE) they feel way better then the stock ones did.

Hey Gentlemen!

Just a note to introduce myself.......SW Ontario rider ...used to have a KLR 08....now it's a Varadero.......

One of you put a note on my KLR at my work parking lot (Windsor).....I lost it....so I forgot who it was.....It was for a trip to Sarnia??.....in July??

It looks as though we have to get out the area for some good riding......I am tired of the straight concession roads.....and looking at corn....

I guess I can still be considered a beginner.......a beginner with about 15000 km of experience.....

Will check frequently for upcoming events.......

We do pretty much have to get outta Essex county to find anything. I have been heading out towards the Rodney area. There is a trail that you can ride on that starts around Blenhiem and goes almost to St.Thomas. Some of it is really overgrown at this end. it is mostly flat, but there are trails that lead off of it . I might head out that way this weekend to see what else i can find.
Turkey Point has some decent riding area around it, legal to ride in the bush around there to.

Hey guys. On Tuesday I'm home from work for 10 days. I would love to get out on mayeb the Sudnay which is the 22nd.

Riverrat. Maybe we could all meet in Chatham and head to Blenhiem to hit that trail to St Thomas.

Let me know if anyone is interested. Lets see if we can get a good crowd going. I think some long weekend we're gonan have to throw our bikes on a truck and head north and see what we can find.

That was me that put the note on your bike. We had a good ride up to Grand Bend. That ride on Sunday the 22nd sounds like a plan. I'm on vacation as of today until next Tuesday if anyone wants to ride. Removed the smog pump and installed XR's only chain/case guard and performance airfilter. Also removed the snorkel from the airbox. My Sidi Chargers are awesome. Just ordered new jets so I can do "Dave's Mods" and a few fuel filters. Had some problems with the pig today. Died just before I got to work. Did not seem to be getting any fuel. Brought her home in the back of the truck. Put a little gas in the cylinder with a syringe and gave it a little throttle while cranking over and she started up. Maybe had some dirt in the carb? Anyway, |I'm anxious to ride. Let's get a ride going guys!

JUNAC, I'm home on Wednesday and I'm off until the following Thursday. I would be up for sure for some midweek rides.

Also side note. I don't know if anyone is looking to get a bike comm but me and my brother inlaw are looking at getting a sena smh10. I've reviewed a bunch of coms and this one seems like a good deal. Pairing with up to 4 bikes, music, gps, phone, all that.
