Thought I was the only one with Charcoal Jessies on a black S10! Can't figure out the posting thing. Nice looking ride. Do the Givi bars interfere with your knees when riding off-road?
Edit: maybe I figured it out...

This is what I love about an international forum. Never had anything I own described that way before, but I love it

Since Pluric couldn't find mine, he's permitted to use a seeing eye dog to find the second.

Happy Easter to all.

I have children. You would think years of experience finding buried stuff would have helped.

I have a place in Mammoth and dream about getting my bike out there to explore roads like that. I MUST get the Tenere out there! Great shots Dave.

Talking Little Easter Weekend Ride...

~

Had a bit of free time Saturday afternoon before Easter, and the weather down here was gorgeous, so of course I had to take a ride!

Beautifully sunny... Temp in the '80's...

Was a bit short on time so I decided on a nice "Lap Around The Bay", and along the way I snapped a few pics and thought I'd share some with you folks...

First decided to swing through Ingleside and see what the Kiewit boys were doing (http://www.kiewit.com/districts/kiew.../overview.aspx):

Below is the oil spill emergency boat - "Southern Responder" - docked at Keiwit. This craft did a ton of work during the BP oil spill in the Gulf... More info at the following links:

http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/shi...MMSI=366596000

http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/...hp?lid=1155107

Then over to Flint Hills loading dock on the ship channel where they had a tanker from Doha loading up...

It was nice of one of the fabricating outfits over there to provide a heavy-lift crane for me in case the Super Tenere tipped over...

And then on over to Aransas Pass and a loop around Conn Brown Harbor. Check out the little cable drum they had mounted on this oil spill service boat...

A few working vessels docked across the way...

Here's a shot of the Seamen's Memorial Tower there... (http://seamenstower.justgofishin.com/)

Just in case you were wondering what Sylvester Stallone was doing these days... I think this is his boat...

From here it was on over toward Port Aransas. More pics to follow in the next post. It was a great day for riding, and I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Have I mentioned again how much I love this motorcycle?

Dallara
