No filter, that was 30 seconds. The technique isn't breaking any new ground, just my personal spin on an old idea. Sometimes I get a bit caught up in trying be serious with my photos, and need to just have a little fun like this one. Seems it made some people smile, so I'm happy. I did at least a dozen tries on this one, refining the lighting until I found the right balance of natural and abstract.

No different than dialing in a suspension, keep trying different things until you actually start turning the clickers in the right direction, and knowing why

I was riding a R1200GS last year and I really enjoyed the TPSM... and I was looking for one on my Super Tenere.

With the blog I started few weeks ago, I invite companies to send me their stuff so I shoot it for free, but I don't send it back ;-) So I contacted Big Bike World to see if I could get a this system. Their main market is Cruisers so they saw a great opportunity for visibility on the Adventure world!

I have to admit, I am quite impress by the quality of the product. It works well, everything fit perfectly and it is very easy to install. You even have the temperature of the tire (which I didn't have on the GS).

I am not a big fan of unboxing video (or photos) but I wanted to have fun with this one. Sometimes you get the feel of the quality of a product when the packaging is not well done. But in that case, everything was perfect. Even the numbers on the sensor was with the same angle in the box. Not a big deal, but it gives you an idea on how the company care about the quality of their product and the presentation.

Enough said... here is some photos.

Please visit my blog to see what I got!

First ride with my girlfriend as pillion. Just 500km, not a big deal. This is how the bike looks like after installing all the accessories:

Pulled the trigger last month on the Twin Thumper after totaling my 1050 July 22nd.
21"x18" Woody's Altrider bars and Screen adjuster.
Any body resolve the 21" front Skid plate mating problem yet?
I realize I do need one ASAP, bags are coming large Doskoil cases with Happy Trails frame.
All in all not as hyper as the Tiger more relaxed and Bad Ass on the dirt, I am loving this thing!!

Ready to go!!

A nice farewell to my beloved Super Ten: 3000 km in the Alps and 400 off road to go to the 30th anniversary Ténéré Meeting in Bonaduz (Switzerland).

Sad and happy for you all at once. And not the slightest bit jealous..

Have a great trip and looking forward to the jaumev special video's.

I hope you pop in with some baby Ten photos from time to time to make these Americans jealous

I had one for a couple of years and loved it. Just not big enough for 2 with luggage (shoes, sink, hairdryer etc).

I see from your dash that you have trouble reading a map.

it's tyre change day.

You cant do this on a BMW without some sort of bead breaker and a strap to re-seat the bead for re-inflation. On this bike all that is needed is a couple of tyre levers and a pump. Piece of cake I love this bike more and more each day.
