My new ride!
Alright, I just brought mine home and I'm absolutely loving it. All the extra goodies are still being ordered. Oh well, I suppose it will keep me busy when the snow comes.

Congrats on a great bike! I'm loving mine more and more. Can't wait to get some longer trips in on it. Also planning a 1500 miler in under 36 hours this spring. Should be the perfect IBA type bike. If the Strom can do it, this should be that much better!

Knobs (not knobbies...an actual series of ridge tops)
Knobs is a climb purely for fun and sweet scenery under a striking early winter sky. A great mix of roads leads through beautiful farm country and the knobs along several wooded ridges. Mark Knopfler assumes the role of the Road Runner playing and singing his whimsical aria taunting Wile E. Coyote.

Capital Rally 2012
The rally from last weekend.
My Super Tenere at 5:51, alongside the wifes F650GS (video from another ADV inmate) http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=EAOnVq8FkMs The first fault on my bike, the right pannier lock disassembled itself due to the corrugations on the road, have to go talk to Mr Yamaha about it soon. After a little rain on the Sat night settled the dust we had a good run out. Al |

Last weekend at Big Bend National Park. Did some nice dirt roads there. This is exactly what I bought the bike for. 7000 Miles on the Tourance EXP now. I'm going to put K60 Scouts on next week.
