You will be riding your Tiger for dualsporting? Seems like half of the smaller jeep trails/ dirt roads become rock infested at some point or deep silt with ruts. I get a work out on them riding my plated DRZe sometimes.
There were 3 of us out last sunday going to Philbrook and here and there,no wind and a wall of dust some times. We had fun but were baked and dirty when finished.

sick day it is. I'm up for a ride on Saturday. I'm not familiar with any roads up there other than the one to Sawmill Peak Lookout and I haven't been all of the way to the lookout.
Let's do this!

Hey all. I live in Yuba City and most of they guys I ride with are 3 hrs away in wine country. Been looking for some folks closer to ride with. I ride a KLR 685 and mostly ride fire roads. Keep posting up rides fellas, eventually I'll join in.

good ride over the hill. some 50+ miles of dirt roads. got the GC dirty for sure. way warmer in the valley on the return than it was when we left. sort of makes you think about spending more time up in the mountians. maybe just sitting on the shore of one of those beautiful lakes we passed.
JB

next Sunday 7/25, is a pancake breakfast at the LaPorte Volunteer Fire Dept. a good excuse to head up that way next Sunday morning
