Bike pictures at old service stations

I was fascinated by these on my trip to the South in May and I have been looking for these when ever I ride.

They seem to be more prevalent in the South but I did find a few in Greenfield MA yesterday.

Lets see others from around the country, with your bike of course.

In Virginia and West Virginia

Old Pump

Me and my buddy Tim Rhoads were riding in Idaho and came into the old mining town of Shoup.---Population 3--sometimes.

I was estatic to see the old gravity feed pumps.

But was way more estatic to find out we actually got our gas out of these things. It was something I will never forget.

After the gas went into our tanks by gravity you had to manually pump the gas back up into the glass till it was full-----ready for the next customer.

This was 2 years ago I think---I bet they are still there.
