Probably not exact.

I've got to figure out whether or not to lengthen the front drive shaft section or add a carrier and a third section of driveshaft. where the carrier falls will decide where the one crossmember will move to.

I managed to remove the other frame insert and do a little rust proofing.

When I'm done painting I can actually start putting this thing back together. Yay!

Before.

after.
This stuff works awesome,, slap that shit on right over rusty metal.
The only drawbacks are it's expensive,,,,and if you get it on your skin,,,,the only thing that will take it off is TIME. Two weeks to be exact.

So, what you are saying is that POR-15 is instant new fingerprints. Two weeks worth.
Ok.

You might want to reconsider that idea. You will have to pee before 2 weeks, and making the opening to do so might be a tad uncomfortable.

I already changed the leveling valve,,,,the old one was all corroded and would let air IN but not out. After a short while the airbags would be FULLY inflated,,,,taking away some caster angle and contributing to what I like to call "The shimmy of death" . Some spring wrappers and a steering damper are future purchases.

I painted the frame rails and frame inserts and installed the inserts just a little while ago.

Now I have some serious drilling to do which is part way done.

After that I'll be moving to the rear end and suspension for some clean up,,paint,,,and install it in it's new location.

I should have some more pics tomorrow.
