Leo Vince X3- Help need parts!

I have a Leo Vince exhaust on my 2008 BMW Xchallenge. It's been on my bike for around 27k miles and love the look and sound.

But the past few months it's finally having issues. The carbon fiber clamp is literally coming apart and the bolts that hold it to my rear tail are worn out.

I called Leo Vince USA and they said Leo Vince is basically impossible to get parts for nowdays and they are no longer servicing them.

It's a cool exhaust system with years and years left on it (or so I thought). Any body have any idea of what I Can do? It's becoming dangerous to ride as it's moving around a lot! And I don't have the stock exhaust to go back to either... Thanks!!!

Post pictures of the carnage. I might be able to make you a clamp, or you can just make one from Stainless.

Erling, thanks for the reply. You can see underneath how the carbon fiber strap is getting so thin it's broken on 1 place and almost all the way through in other.

The top bracket that goes to the tail section is loose also. Must have had a bushing that gave it some wiggle room as the bolt is tight but it's loose in fitting.

The first pic was of the side of exhaust close to bike. You can see how thin the carbon fiber is and how it's worn through on 1 strap.

Here is a pic of the top. Notice how thick the carbon fiber is. The bolt to the tail is the bushing that's worn or missing.

OK..... That is the strangest 8GS I have ever seen.
Persue the parts first, as I am certain it will cost more to make another one from CF.....and let me know what you find.

I just figured there was a CF distress call and Captain Fantastic dove in to help before Loutre tore him up and made him cry.
