Fog lamp issue redux
OK, so I found replacement bulbs that work, installed one and it has been working fine since (three weeks and counting...fingers crossed). Recently the other side burned out, I replaced it yesterday, ran systems check and it worked fine, but it burned out again on my way to work. Just for explanation, here's the sequence of reinstalling the light: placed new bulb in housing, put little silver clip over the bulb, put black wire over one side of clip and screwed it to the housing, then screwed the other side of the clip down, reinstalled light onto bike. Could it be that the black wire should be in direct contact with the housing? Anybody have some thoughts as to why it might've burned out so quickly? Too much juice getting to it?

I would guess they are releasing this and then going to offer all of the accessories that are on this bike. Not actually produce it... my 2c

I want the tubeless wheels and the radial brakes! I waited for the R model street triple, but couldn't wait for the R model Tiger. That's okay, I have a buddy who needs my Tiger XC, it'll all work out! (Could we get the removable passenger pegs at the same time, since we're dreaming anyway?) Ken

Few years ago Triumph showed a Speed Triple with Ohlins/Brembo monoblocs/light wheels now in 2012 you can buy the SpeedR with all those nice things. So may be a TigerR will become reality |

http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=686867 I had a spoiler on for a while and may use it again, it made the air a bit smoother and quieter than with the stock shield alone. Jerry

![]() After I figure out how to mount it on my rear plate (I want to make it removable but lockable) I'll post up some more photo's. Jerry
