it was so much fun beside the gas consumption
That's a '53. Stock flatty with Fenton headers, straight pipes, pretty much everything like back in the day.

This hasn't cost me too much money yet but I'm sure it will soon.

We’ve said it before, but it bears repeating; the GS handles in ways a two-story building was never meant to.

Taking collections for Faye Butler Training please spare some change.

There are several Escort Cosworths and Sapphires running around - I was just talking about the 3 door Sierra flavor.

A local friend of mine is selling his Cosworth-replica XR4Ti shell, and he'll be taking delivery of an Escos in a week or so.

Not if it keeps you sane! I'd probably be in prison (or a loony bin) if not for my glider!

a boat is a hole in the water into which you pour money.

And I'm loving every minute of it!

Yep. Near as I could tell from what little info I could find, it's a 1966 Starcraft Jetstar. 15' Aluminum runabout. When I got it, it had the original 1967 Mercury 50 motor. I got exceedingly tired of screwing around with it, and I wanted tilt and trim to get through some shallow channels, so I replaced it with a 50 hp 1986 Evinrude. I have to keep 100 lbs of sand bags in the front to keep the bow down because the boat is so light. When we first swapped motors, I had it up to 42 mph, and was scared to death. It tops out at around 30 now, which is fine for two of us, and it'll pull a tube with ease.

I painted it, put in a new floor and seats and it looks really nice (especially towed behind the 66 pickup). I get a lot of comments, even from guys with really fancy boats.
