No, those are from a couple years ago. Same year, though, one with my bow, one with the rifle.

Last season I was hunting with my kid and let some that size walk hoping he'd get a shot at one of them. Didn't work out.

I wish we could hunt em around here, they are a nuisance....I'll have 2-3 in my yard at night.

My only shot on my one day of hunting last fall







Not quite perfect on the one side, but a solid 9 points. I typically go for does since they eat better but I couldn't pass this guy up. Biggest buck I've ever shot.

Thanks! I was on an adrenaline high for a good two days after that one

We've been running a quality deer management program on our farm for over ten years and there are some monsters out there (for upstate NY), I'm just not a good enough hunter to get the real big ones. Maybe some day . . .
