In Brazil Suzuki sells the GN125 as Intruder 125. Does it count?

Just sold my 92 1400 to a close friend last year, to get an ST13.
The ST is an incredibly better freeway commuter, but the 1400 will always be the coolest bike ever.

Yeah, I ride a '99 Intruder 1500. It's a pretty big piece of shit, although since it's my first bike, I don't have much to compare to... Whatever, I still love it...

Here it is during winter:

And on the Blue Ridge Parkway at 6 am, on the way to Florida (2-up) after camping in a farmer's field:

Here's that farmer's field:

Intruders were, in general, pretty well made bikes, just didn't sell as many as the other metric cruisers. My Sister had a Volusia 800, she loved it. I rode it and thought very highly of it. Rubber engine mounts and such niceties.

I had an Intruder 700 (?) when I was 17 or so. Bought it used

for cheap with low miles. I would have bought the Honda Hurricane 600

sitting next to it but the insurance would have been more than my payment.

Probably a good thing. I sold it for what I paid 2 years later.

Bought a "86" or "87" 700cc from my boss that did not run. Fixed it up, got er running good, then commuted for a year or so on it and my boss then wanted it back. Shame he does not ride it much and it will probably go back into a state of disrepair. I was going to sell it anyway, more than an hour and my back was screaming. I think the foot peg brackets were just about ground to nothing regardless of how you much squirted out of corners. I do remember it had nice mid range roll on and just looked cool. Replaced it w/a Kawasaki Versys, I couldn't of made a better change.

Always liked the Intruder 1400. Did it live on as another Suzuki model?

Does a C90 Boulevard count? I've had mine since March and put about 9k on her. Nice comfortable geezer bike.
