HD mount for Model 60?

Sanjoh - I see on your website, for the Model 60, that you advertise a heavy duty mount. Do you have a picture? I bought a pair of Model 15s (very nice!) and one of them moves around a little bit when pounding down gravel roads. Am scared to tighten it any further to be honest.

My setup - I built a bracket underneath the lower triple clamp to mount the lights to. The M15 in the middle is the one that slowly rotates down... the one on the sidecar stays put. Really like those lights - compact!

They are just thicker.
Well... too soon to ask for pics of the M50? (vs M60 maybe???)

Thanks for your business!

The M12 is amazing, Cree XML-U2, 2x 3000mah Liion batteries, one year warranty

The heavy duty bracket is for the M30, 44, 50 and 60 lights, it will not fit the M15.

As your bracket is mounted to the lower triple, I assume it is not moving? The sturdier the submount the better.

I would also be concerned about the fender hitting the light when the suspension is fully compressed.

I would recommend a nyloc nut or some lock tite for the pivot bolt. The pinching action of the pivot bolt should hold the light.

You're right about the clearance issue... although it's never contacted yet, I'm sure it could - must come damn close under heavy braking. It's actually a very sturdy mount setup (uses thick aluminum plate). Am still playing around with mounting ideas, and have also been looking at headlight replacement options - using an M60 as an aux light looks to be cheaper and easier. Thnx for making these great lights available at a reasonable cost.

Fog lights

Got my new fog lights mounted up and moved my other lights to a new location. These things are sweet!

Those do look great!
Do you have any photos of the fog-light light-pattern on your garage wall?

...I wonder why these are in a square housing?

Not at the moment, will see if I can get the shop dark enough for a photo.

half the reason I bought these is because they are in a square housing. Im not really a fan of the round housings, I think these look great!

Waiting on some parts before I install lights. Can I use 12v battery charger for temp power, and not hurt the lights?

Any plans for a new round housing LED of around 85mm diameter?

Installed my mm15s on my new GS. Should make good running lights without being obnoxiously bright.
