A WR 450 headlight is going in that space. I'm getting the new side plates machined up at the moment. The bracket that the 44 is fitted to is going to be made from delrin instead of alloy as I feel it will have better vibration resistance. I have the wiring pretty much sorted. The rest is still in motion at the moment

Have you posted about that anywhere else? Looks like a cool project and I'd like to see how it turns out. What are you doing for a fairing? Shaping something custom?

Mounted on my 955i Tiger:

Turned on with my HID headlights. Still have not ridden at night, but people really move out of my way when closing on them from the rear, which is awesome.

For sure, they notice the lights. I have mine ever so slightly angled outward and it has helped in approaching from a 90 degree also. I am so pleased with this product. I didn't install my dimmer, maybe I won't. Bad habit of mine. Now he has the dimmer I really wanted out, but them's the breaks.

I'm curious.
Roughly means "that is the bad luck".

Shoot me an email sandjoh@gmail.com I'd be happy to give you credit on the unused dimmer.

That is a very nice gesture. Thanks

Them's the breaks just means I bought too early. However, sometimes the breaks get smoothed out with human kindness making the long swim of life through the channels of uncharted waters more pleasant.

Yes you are correct. When the lights are powered up the led indicator will be on.
