I'm sure you already know - the 'SM' at the end of the model designation stands for 'supermoto'. They are a soft, sticky compound - I rode mine on a few long, straight, boring trips and wore them out very quickly in the center.

You live where there is good riding, should be less of an issue.

I'm tired, dirty, full of bug bites and hungry. But here's the new and improved ENja...

Can't wait to finally go for a ride! Still have a couple of things left to do... torque the wheels, tighten nuts and bolts, etc.

Thoughts, comments, suggestions???

I like all of it except the bash plate, where I would have mad a nod to beauty and tried to stiffen a fiberglass belly pan, or just have it there as a sacrificial energy catcher.

Well... mpowers took it out today for a quality check. According to him, the bike is a blast! Off to test it out tomorrow. Anyone up for a ride around Williamsburg??

just back from northern latitudes. anyone who says these bikes aren't up to a big run is freakin' nuts. some wild riding, mucho stories to follow.
