Good save Lamotovita. A picture of you riding in the sun is a good make up for being so quiet. Nice to see you having a good time.

So for all you "outs" minus Pete because he's working. You guys want to meet for breakfast? The weather forecast isn't looking good for me riding this weekend but I'd be happy to meet Airheadbruce and who ever else for breakfast and watch other peoples teeth chatter.

A19 It's too bad you are getting laid off but I'm glad you get to go for a long ride.

Just in case any of you have an interest in checking it out the company I work for is always hiring. There are new postings weekly and there are offices in 32 states however the headquarters are located in Spokane. There are also positions that you can do from anywhere.

Oh and also if anyone is looking at employment in home healthcare, I know Family Home Care in Liberty Lake has some openings for care givers. You will need an NAC though.
And A19, if you (or anybody) needs help working on bikes or even cars and trucks I am always here to help out and my shop rate is what ever you feel you can afford, even if that is just a thank you.

Thanks Dillon. I ended up buying a HF 12 ton press to get my swing arm and shock linkage bearings out. Even with the press some of them were are real P.I.T.A. I should have it back together including the DS kit this weekend. Some of the bearings have not arrived yet.

Anyone want to buy a pre-assembled, barely used, 12 ton hydraulic jack?

Not quite sure right now. I was half kidding as I still have some use for it. They are on sale for $129 right now which is what I paid. This summer I will probably be hurting for cash more than I am right now. You are more than welcome to borrow it if you have a project.

With gas prices expected to hit $5 bucks this summer... I may be looking for a trade 650 for a 250 kinda deal.... but KR you already have enough small bikes huh? Besides your KLR's been handled rough I understand.

... I want a Versys!

Let me know if you decide you really need to get rid of it. Some of my red neck engineering approaches to getting around not owning a press are not exactly OSHA approved...really should have one. Also, sorry to hear about the layoff, but I'm kinda envious that you get the chance for a LONG ride.

Anyone want to meet up some Saturday or Sunday and do a maintenance day? I've got a fairly good sized shop, reasonable supply of tools (just not a press!) and usually a supply of beverages. I just need to mount the rear rack on the WRR. And really should tear the steering head apart and see if Yamaha greased the bearings. But if anyone wants to swap tires/tubes, change oil, etc, it's more fun with a group. We could always meet up for breakfast in Athol again, eat too much and then ride up this way. It'll have to be a couple weeks...still have plenty of ice on my road, but it'll go away some day.
