Just wanted to throw this out there, if anybody wants a low cost alternative to store their bike for the winter let me know. Our new place has a huge shop and we are only using about half of it. Its a good secure building and there is almost always somebody around the house. If I get enough interest to offset the cost of running a heater Ill even heat it.

Dillon, I'll probably need a place for my R100RT. A means to plug in a battery tender would be nice too. Just sold the Miata yesterday, so no longer need a place for it. Perhaps in a couple years when Nanc and I move to a condo you can rent me half of your garage full-time for my man toys.

Last Friday the wife and I were headed in to Spokane on 195 and met two guys on Honda Ruckuses fully loaded down with gear and Maine license plates. Kind of looked like a coast to coast on a ruckus. Curious if anyone has a link to the journey blog.

Kinda slow around here...

Went riding here yesterday. NFS roads along the eastern shore of lake Pend Orielle. Good stuff!

Let me know when! I will be busy on Friday the 26th, but should be able to swing a ride sometime else wise. Pretty flexible.

can someone remind me the best scenic roads along the south side (or area south of) Pend Oreille? Is it 278 the whole way? Or is 2707 better for that stretch? Also planning to loop back at 277 or 203 south of Clark Fork for the return. Trip is to and from north end of hayden lake (dodd rd).

Also curious which roads are heavier with logging/cutting work right now if anyone knows? Last time I went up there there was one bit for a few miles, but I forgot which road number.

also note, it's just a group on atvs I am leading out in 2 weeks.

thanks,
andy
