The plan for Wednesday was to simply head for the Western corner of NC....that would set Jock up to be at ADVMax's Crab Shack on Thursday.
 Checking out a 'fixer upper' should he decide to relocate.   Sad news on hwy 11  now we'd have to search out breakfast elsewhere If it's good enough for Capt. America!?!

I'd guess next weekend to be pretty colorful.
 Looking Glass Falls  Gotta love a clean run up 276 to the parkway!

It was great weather and the traffic was light so we rode the Blue Ridge all the way to Great Smokey Mtn National Park.
 Still pretty green on this slope...so there's still time for tourism.

 That sign depicted Deals Gap to be on the left end of that distant ridge....just to the right of the tree in foreground.
