I rode the BRP for about 25 miles north from Rt 221 last Thurs. when I left Mars Hill. There was a little more color around GF Mtn then.

I think it was harder for him to convert his accidental video into a pic, than getting the 50k at 5rpm while doing 50mph

I'm thinking I'll try every 10k miles until i hit 100k. That motor will scream at 10,000 rpm.

y'all are funny! ![]() Today's fun. Oil & filter, chain & sprockets, rear wheel bearings, used rear tire, used rotor and pads. (old one now looks better than the new one) Still need to clean the air filter and make a closer inspection of that coolant leak. (new hose on order) Hopefully that'll at least get me through leaf peep'n season. ![]() p.s. odo @ 115,591

A picture that I took of Jock up on the BRP made the front page of a Norton site. Seems he won the longest distance award at a rally he attended. http://www.ntnoa.org/

Weather finally broke down here and just in time for Piratetoberfest. You should add another 1000 to the odo for some shenanigans (see below pix) and wings
Yup that's a Husky tank and Track Master rear .Or how about a 1/2 a GSA? ![]() ![]() Cole

Well....I trimmed the end off that upper radiator hose where it's been leaking intermittently, looking for some 'new' rubber to clamp onto. Appears the hose isn't my problem.
The radiator itself seems to be what's leaking.....now...maybe it's a good thing I'm not down at Biktoberfest right now.

I wondered when you were eventually going to wear out a "hard part" on that bike.
Maybe you should start a dialogue with Suzuki NA about your miles and riding habits. They may want you as an advertising asset. Then you could slip them the , "Oh BTW, my radiator started leaking at 115K". Maybe some sponsorship kind of help - you could be their first 200K Strom rider with a little support. Missed ya at the Old's Cool Rally.
