Chile Argentina maps ?
Fellow Inmates,
Does anyone have recent experience with good maps for Chile and Argentina for gps use? My search of Advrider suggests the garmin base map is not very helpful. I'm planning to take paper maps as well as a nuvi 265 but could borrow a zumo 550 if someone thinks it would be much better. Planning to rent a f650gs in Osorno Chile to ride to Ushuaia in October. Thanks in advance. |

Argentina and Chile: http://www.proyectomapear.com.ar/
Argentina and Chile: http://www.gps.com.ar/ These are both free downloads once you register (also free) and the maps are excellent. While both cover Argentina and Chile, the first one is best for Argentina, and the second one is best for Chile, and also has coverage of Bolivia. Saludos
