My first bikes were a Honda CB125S, a Yam RD250B, a Yam RD400 and a Kawasaki Z650B .... however the one I count as the fondest is my 1st 1000cc which was my Kawasaki Z1R in 1980 ... I so miss that bike. The R90S behind me is my uncles

The Allstate Moped built by Puch of Austria and imported by Sears. The forced-air cooled 50cc 2-stroke drove through a two-speed hand operated transmission. Top speed was advertised as 31 mph. New purchase price the late 50's was about $175.

Spent the entire summer / fall of 2003 fixing up a Honda CB360 that I pulled out of a barn. It wasn't running at this point so no cracks about the gear... but it was all mine
I learned a lot that summer. |
