um there arnt to many advertising there services here in Coonamble

but they have started boxing here to give some of the kids somthing to do with a bit od disiplin and was thinking i might go do a bit the fittest i have ever been was when i was boxing

good man - I like a bit of boxing myself - not that I'm into the sparring - just punching the stuffing out of the bag - great way to wipe the smile off the imaginary dial of one or two psychic projections

but here is an idea - what about you advertise for a personal trainer - female preferred - might work? Just specify exactly "what" kind of personal training your after or you might get a whole range of advances - and you wouldn't want that would you!

boxing was never my thing... spent to much of my child hood being the boxing bag for a 6foot footy playing lesbian....

i didnt take it up because i like fighting it is just great fittness i took it up in the off season from footy and just realy enjoyed it the one thing it teaches you is how to duck anyone can punch but it is good to know how to duck when they come your way

So Phil - are you looking at getting your own female personal trainer? YOu might have to work out for longer than 4.36 minutes - but it will be worth it.
