OMG I hate those things! My father in DR just installed one in our house because the house is always empty and the heater is off when we come visit so it takes a few hours to warm up the water in the heater so he bought this crap, I haven't gotten shocked yet but I could just imagine. I'm deathly afraid of it but at least his looks like a regular shower head (it's a legit nice house).

That last pic looks like what gets towed south on the Mex #180 ever day.
The middle pic looks normal.
The first pic is a trick picture. Those bananas are not real Dominican type, and it looks like their color has been adjusted and photoshopped.

Picture is real, Redbull was down there a year ago and they even ran the car on the beach.

And that's called 'platano' which is a non sweet banana. That's what they make tostones (sour plantains) and plantain chips from. I'm Dominican by the way.
