2015 Classic Custom Japanese Mtorcycle Club Spectacular (Melbourne, OZ).

The ride across town to the 2015 Classic Custom Japanese Motorcycle Club Spectacular at Austrian Club in Heidelberg West had all the feel of the opening credits of Wild Hogs.

I turned onto the freeway and immediately tagged in behind a modded Katana and stock GSX1100, a aging Honda cruiser joined us as we rode post the next on ramp, at Bulleen Rd a young Asian kid arrived all wild n crazy on his hopped up Sachs Madass….man, what a brilliant start to the day.
As per usual for bike and car shows, often the more interesting stuff is found in the car park.

OK, it is mine but I was right chuffed that a stranger was asking about it and taking photos as soon as I arrived.

This Kawasaki was amazing. It’s paint work was superb (sadly the photo can’t convey how cool this bike was).

The killer Madass.

Back in the car park.

Not too big, not too small…

A blast from the past.

Twins.

Lunch.

Adventure bike unicorn and royalty…

Risers anyone…..?

The band was kicking off as I took advantage of the weather and departed for the long way home.
Kudos to the CCJMC for putting on a great show. What a fab way to spend a few hours in the sun.

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there.

Where's Mad Max?

These bikes don't look anything like the ones I saw in those Mad Max documentaries from the 80's. What's up with that???
