Just got mine dropped at the door by UPS this evening- map and DVD. Sounded like they just got the DVD's in yesterday afternoon.

Maybe mine will come tomorrow so I can watch it while it's snowy outside.

Cool. Been looking for an excuse to swing by TT. Maybe I will leave work early "because of the snow".

Howdy All,

When you folks get the map, can you report on if it shows in detail the by pass routes for the real bad parts of the trail? Thanks.

Yes.
Stopped by TT yesterday (during the snow storm, NOT).
The map does show some by-passes, and suggested routes to the start/end.

Also, another interesting feature, is the "Scanlife" 2D bar codes that you can scan with your smartphone, and it will take you to more info on that section of the trail, including Youtube! I loaded the Scanlife app right there at TT. Pretty cool.

thanks for bringing that up! this is our first map to offer this feature.
basicly with a smart phone you aim the camera at the barcode box for additional info via 3g/4g. http://web.scanlife.com/us_en/
we plan on having this feature on all our maps when they get reprinted. very cool interactive technology.

3 alt routes listed on the butler map:

section 2: bethel ridge and umtanum ridge (easier) bypasses
section 4: slide ridge bypass (due to overgrowth) near lake chelan

Howdy dvwalker,

Thanks, I have been holding off on buying a map until I heard if it listed by-passes, does it cover the by-passes in the same detail as it does the route itself?
