Dan was asking about a KTM but for my bike...no BMW doesn't make the 650X anymore so I guess that answers the question. Thanks anyway

Yep, most guys have said they are easy. Some guys have had success with a hand stapler. But I use a 20 dollar air stapler from harbor freight.
Its best to glue the seat foam to the pan with an aerosol contact cement. Also lay the cover out in the sun for awhile and it will stretch on allot easier.
