Oh yeah - Before it hits a hundred and twenty stupid again

I don't really mind the heat so much, but I am looking forward to a cooler climate, greenery, and lots of really great places to ride. I also know that my bike will actually still function on dirt and gravel roads

Lots of exciting changes, that's for sure

I'll be out here at the end of May. But sadly, only for two weeks.

We love the St.George area!

Fantastic National Parks. Most of my DNA is derevied from Red Rock!
We should be passing through there mid June first week of July. I will be trailering my KLR 650. I am very new (VERY NEW) to dual sporting.

Please recommend an easy trail around Zion/St. George/Moab area. I would be delighted to join you and your Dad for an easy day ride.

Great to have you along-

The St George area is indeed beautiful- great jumping off place
For the trails around the area- may want to look up/PM RedRockRider or check out his thread (perhaps some cross over)

Around Moab, there are some really easy trails around/up either side of the Colorado river. The first parts of Hurrah Pass and Potash road are not too bad. White rim trail is moderate (read- easy with nasy short spots IMHO)

Both my wife AND son were able to supervise todays ride up to Bear Lake
Beautiful morning-

Logan canyon

Hendrix played crosstown traffic

Up near Tony Grove

At the summit (sunrise campground)

Let the boy lead- multiple DIck Dale tunes

Lunch stop-

Thanks for riding along

FWIW- Muddy Waters got us home

Did you get a rassberry shake? For our group it's a must when we are any where near bear lake.
