Can't help with the Accom but can help with a gday drink or two. Mmmm a pint of two at King O Mallys might have to be the go. It's been a while. What's everybody reckon?

What time do you fly in on Sunday the 27th? A sunday afternoon session at King Os could def get me into town. (I can make the misses drive)

Cheers
Dave

Check out the map on Wotif.com would be my suggestion.

Take that comment with a large grain of salt. You can walk from one side of the city to the other in 15 minutes, tops. Everything is walking distance in the city centre.

Drinking is bad, for licence points anyway, and so is pot now that that is tested for too. I got to see someone busted for DUI a couple of weeks ago, right after I saw a 4 car chain collision on a straight bit of road, gotta love the ACT for driving eh . Today's funny was the ambo driver on his mobile for many k's, including traffic lights. Only outdone by the big rubbish truck driver on his.

Leith, I thought you were coming for the Gov 2 conference. Which one are you coming to?

If you want real cheap accom, I have a spare room now 2/3rds of the kids have left. Happy to put you up. 10 mins into town.

Re a get-together, I reckon it is about time we had another ACT AdvRider, Xmas drinks, whatever excuse needed, get-together. So why not Sunday night 27th. Location to be decided before then.

Cheers
Peter

All easy dirt apart from maybe one section through the top of the Tinderrys where it gets a bit steep and twisty and can be interesting in the wet. Not the best place to get overtaken by a 4wd, hey Dash?

You can extend the ride a bit more by instead heading south down the Monaro from Bredbo for about 10km then turning right onto the road that goes through Murrumbucca and back through Shannons Flat, Boboyan Rd through Namadgi NP to Tharwa.

Cheers,
john

Doh, just realised you're in Jerangle, so not exactly needing directions!!
Yeah you would have come past my Gate, thats a good loop but the Tindery Rd is a bit hardcore for my TDM , Peak View Rd and back through Badja to Braidwood is a good one too
