you have to get one of them running just so you can have an action shot of you riding with those crazy handlebars.

Well, if you say so..
![]() They're so rusty, I think I'm just going to sand them and rattle can them black.. until I get some proper low bars.

Those switches look exactly like the ones on my 1960 R50. High beam and horn on the left switch. Turn signal on the right.

Thanks for that picture, mate!
I was wondering what it'd look like mounted. Now, to decide if I want to keep the fairing stuff..

If that hi/low switch on the throttle side still works, they are BIG $$. The repops are even big $$. You can put the black (i think they're called batwing style) on both sides if you like.

The Wixom lowers amplify the valve noise a bit, I don't mind.
And yeah, we call it the Bat Bike....

I might just be a lame-o and get the low bars, mirrors, and signals, like:![]() My (female) roommate came out of the house yesterday while I was sitting on the conversion making engine sounds to myself. "What are you doing?!" "Oh, nothing.." She shook her head and waked away. "Do you approve yet?" I asked. "No, I'm just done disapproving." She walked over to the sidecar rig and said, "Can I have dis?" ![]() I've been told the sidecar is a chick magnet.
