Drew,

Not sure what output format you are using or if you have a choice
but getting the file size down helps...

I use Windows Media format which creates a file with the extension .wmv
I use 720p which is 1280 x 720 and 30 frames per second...

Well for comparison mine is 18.11 upload and 9.89 download.. Cox Cable

you sure those 2 aren't reversed? i have CC too, and my numbers were close to yours, only reversed. Usually upload is slower than download...

depends on the level of cox you have, i think they have 3 (or maybe more) different plans.

Yeah ran it several times and average between 15-19 download always around 9 upload.. I do pay extra for a faster connection 20 ms ping to the server.
