Thumb

I can't believe I only just found this thread! Some great photo's for sure. I have just started to get into photography myself, (something about living in Portugal maybe?) So it's great to see your composition. The north is especially beautiful and I will be going to the Minho in Spring.
I'd post some of my pictures but they don't compare with yours . At least I have something to aspire to .
Keep them comming

Dude! You're too kind!
Thanks for nice review

Piece of advice: Shoot RAW. Those pictures didn't come out of the camera looking exactly like that. The camera helps in keeping the detail ready to "pull" out of the image when processing the RAW file.
I wish I had more tips, but I've only started photography very recently... (not counting party pics and cell phone pics).

And Óbidos is a beautiful region. Feel free to post your pics. Doesn't matter if they're better of worst than mine. I'm here to show off my country. Not my photography skills :)

Well ok then..

Ok Here's a few from around my area and from Evora. The coast one's are from Peniche.

I'm still just working with the kit lens but have a 20mm prime lens comming which I can't wait to try out around Peniche and Obidos. My composition needs some work and I haven't even got started on post processing yet.
But hope you enjoy them anyways...

But this one is on the great subject of "Portugal" too. I enjoy the rides but the Pasteis are nice too

Cool. Some variety! I like the blue :)

I don't even consider new lenses... I don't think it is a justifiable investment at this point... maybe someday if I take this seriously enough...

Thanks for the encouragement. And thanks for this thread, I think I now have the "project" I was seeking to push me into trying more with the camera. So feel free to criticise when I post up some rubbish . I know its too late right

The bike is great. Only thing I'm missing is the engine on my CB. I just saw it a couple of hours ago, still at the dealership. It looks so tiny now!!

The GS has a bit over 3.500 kms, and I'm really enjoying it. Not as much as my CB through the twisties, but enjoying it nonetheless. It's different. Opens new horizons and I really appreciate that.

This one's a bit random, but I think turned out nice. That "APE 50" (50cc) belongs to a tv show host.
