At one BMX race a few years back I showed up to the line with a set of pink Barbie frame/neck/bar pads with rainbow streamers in the grips ends. I told the 16+ expert class that is anyone is beaten by the Barbie Bike, they were pussies. That was one of the hardest races I ever did!! Those guys were throwing elbows and block passes every chance they got and was one of the funnest races I ever did. btw, if Makaya, the 9yo grand daughter had it her way, it'd be pink with Disney Fairies & Princesses on it!

Blur, I love that picture! I hate when women who ride have to act all hard core biker chick. You can still be a woman and tough as nails. Some of the women I know have bigger ovaries then men have balls.
Sorry if these have been posted to death but this girl looks all girl!! ![]() ![]() Quote:
Heck yeah I did it. It was bad enough that a bunch of 16-30 year old kids were getting beat on by a 40 year old, one of them had to go and open his mouth about me being an old man. So, I had to make sure I rubbed it in just a little more! I'm not afraid to be the clown. I tell people if you can't laugh at yourself, you'll be the only one not laughing. Makayla has a Pink Trek mtb but when I was sick, she asked me if I'd feel better wrapped in KTM orange. She knows KTMs!
