That top photo is a good example of how tight the chain gets under full compression.

The track day was recently at Cadwell, the wet shot was in Scotland and the Heavy landing shot was on a little off road track near me in Yorkshire.

cpmodem is right about the chain. You can see why it would be a bad idea to run it too tight!

When I took this picture I had a spy cam on my helmet, recording all our ride

The movie is huge... 850Mo for 54min I tried to keep only the best sequences. I have no more to spend reducing the size... sorry guys.
Most of the time we ride on a single track in the forest. I was riding with two 12GS, one 650Dakar and a Dominator.

If any of you want to see it you can download it at http://bikespirit.free.fr/BB6/
Any comments welcomed to improve next videos!

Wow, what a thread!

I have been wanting to add my pictures to this amazing thread for a long time now. Whenever I get frustrated at the working life I lead I come and read this thread and it just stimulates my wonder lust and sets me free again. Thank you to all who have shared their amazing photos.

Herewith a trip to the wreck of the Jacaranda on the Wild Coast in South Africa. To get there we have to cross on a pont and then do some fairly serious off road riding to get there.

First picture: riding onto the pont to cross the river at Kei Mouth
