Great shot!
He'll piss us off when we'll see a pic of the landing. Without landing picture I assume he crashed

Great pic Pyndon as usual, waiting for the rest of the RR

Laugh One of my favourite photo's

This photo was taken 2 years ago at Dragon's Tail . If you look closely at the rear wheel , you'll see it leaving a black line .A split second after that , it almost high sided me .

Li saved it , but damn it was close .

I think you let off the throttle to fast when it started sliding. Newer do that. Keep the throttle open.

I was on a trip in 07' riding in southern new york (Pepacton Area),
Dove into a left hand curve at about 70mph, beck end started to slide, I just gassed it, both ends slid a bit and the bike just settled down and shot out of the bend.

I've attempted a dozen or so high sides exiting small roundabouts and making 90 degree turns from stopped at traffic lights. These bikes are very forgiving of these kind of shenanigans. I'd have seen my arse by now on a road bike.

Who or what is Li, by the way?

It's not really fair to critique you because I wasn't there, but seeing the dirt bike riding position of the shoulders and head up over the top of the bike I think I can see why it happened.

Good save. Isn't it nice that these bikes are so forgiving even when we do dumb things?!

Li is his suppressed better riding alter-ego who only shows herself at times of stress and saves the day.

Look ahead the turn

I must admit I was going a TAD fast . I was getting the bike up for the next turn , in the meanwhile I was giving it some gas which pulled it straight . Although I had to stop in the next turn otherwise I was going up the slope .

The tyres I had on were the stock Scorpions . They did pretty well .
