Hey neighbor, you are welcome to check it out anytime. We should hook up and do a ride some time.

Assessing the Flood Damage

Due to last weeks big storm Cave Creek and Bloody Basin Roads north of Phoenix were heavily damaged. This made for a fun ride today with all of the water crossings.

When my riding partner injured his leg I got to try out his GS800.

We don't usually get an opportunity for this many water crossings here in the desert.

Cool2 A Few More

There was a little snow left over from the massive winter storm, which brought us soo much wet stuff. It was about 60 degrees today though.

We had to turn around here due to the 4 foot high vertical bank on the other side of the stream here.

I guess we should have paid more attention to this sign 35 miles back.

Laugh Leave

I was able to get home for two weeks on leave from Afghanistan and being fortunate enough to arrive during a week long lull in winter storms I got to ride my new 990! I will have many more pictures of a countless rides when I get home for more than two weeks. See you all on the trail this spring!

The rear bag/box is a Storm case, something like the Pelican case. The front screen I think is called a Bailey's screen. It was given to me have I broke the oem one. Had to do some mods to get it to fit right but it works really well.
