Nice you mention the kickstand.
We layed the bike down to put some debris under the rear wheel. Once the bike was standing and I tried to fire it with no success, I found the kickstand opened, trapped in the mud.

Hope you understand my english...

Here is the newest additon to my fleet. Bought it last July with 428 miles on it. I'm in the process of shipping it to South America then flying down and riding back home.

As soon as my trip actually starts, the "current location" link will be activated. SEMPER FI!

It was near freezing here all day but a buddy and I got out and rode for 4 hours before the snow started
(it is snowing now.. 3 inches is forecast this evening ).

In the winter we ride the "Kansas side" of Colorado (locals consider anything east of I25 to be Kansas)

I sure hope the novelty wears off with spinning up the rear tire. All I have done for the past 3 days is ride around drawing stripes at the exit of every corner. Looking at the amount of wear on the brand new 908 I just put on.. I figure I am spending about $15-20 per ride on rubber

I love this bike
Can't wait for summer!

No,, the novelty never wears off,, I've been riding a bike for 23 years now,, and I've been doing that since I found out I could.. I even went thru tires in my 68 sedan de ville.... Think of it as an investment in satisfaction..

And I cant wait for summer either,, Bike looks good,, and your buddy's LC4 does too..

Not a chance, if you're getting more than a grand out of those 908's you're doing it all wrong.

Me likey!!!

Wonder why?

Although, looking at yours, it's easier to view, mine looks like he's in jail or something hiding behind the Hepco barZ.

I totally agree, this is a SUPER bike. I just wish I could put it through it's paces like many on this site.

As for the orange bike with the busted front fender due to massive mud injestion, that is the sole reason why I went with this instead.
