New 2010 KTM 990 Adventure

Its interesting that this new 990 Adventure knows how to find one of my favorite places. I swear that I didn't have anything to do with it.

I believe that's the aftermarket Alien screen. New bikes have the standard windscreens of the previous models.

I'll need to get better at aiming the little fart, but the GoPro camera is great!

Here's a quasi double track less than a mile from my home. Man do I love living and riding in West Virginia!

(be sure you chose 720p).

We took 2 KTM Adventures and one Honda Africa Twin for some filming to Death Valley. What a fun day! Check out the clip, a 1:51 minute commercial:

I live just east of <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Morgantown, WV. That road is called <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Mayfield Road</st1:address></st1:Street>. It heads west towards Preston County. We should hook up and ride sometime. I would love to know about the places to ride in your neck of the woods. I've often thought of staying at Cacapon State Park and exploring that area.

I can make it from Morgantown, WV to Snow Shoe on roads like this. The trip takes about 11 hours, but it's a great trip!

BTW, your quote in your signature line from RLS is the same quote I use in my signature line on another board. I love Robert Louis Stevenson's travel writings!
