We currently have a ride report in the works titled "Squidventure Trans Lab". Where myself (on the KTM 990) and four other buddies on a KLR, Varadero, Versys and GS take on Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Labrador and Newfoundland over a two week 5000km party !!!!

The other bikes have been getting supporters and I have been mouthing off alone .

The link to the site can be found below. Come on team Orange . . . represent !!!

You have...four buddies... riding what? Please don't post photos for your "buddies"

Then

A bunch of this

Then some of this

And a touch of this

Add some bling, get rid of the bulky panniers and add some Giant Loop stuff, put a Russel Day Long on for touring and sheepskin for comfort, new levers for fun, a new windesheild and guard for better air flow, wider pegs for more control, a new exhaust in anticipation of some rear rally tanks and I have ended up with this.

Once things warm up the new carbon tank guards and swing arm guards will get installed. Wheels are now off it and an order about to be placed with Woody for some Excell rims (yes anodized orange ) and a few other bits of bling before spring comes. Throw in some maintenace tasks over the next couple of months and it should be good to go for another season of exploring and beating the crap out of it

Aaah, not sure if I'm following ya $low-n-Old Racing ? That post was commenting on our ride report where we all participated. It wouldn't have been much of a report if I only showed my bike throughout it. I did at least keep the pics on this thread to my beloved KTM.

If you go back it was on my orig. post (page 672 post 10071, Sept. 14th,2010) you will see the link and pics that I posted then. It didn't come through from $low-n-Olds Racing, quotation. You will see the link at the bottom of my signature here titled "SQUIDVENTURE Trans Labrador".

Enjoy
