xc: looks like an awesome place to ride!

Do you have cel service out there or do you carry a spot if you break down?

Cell coverage most of the time, but I do run a spot when I am out solo and always have it with me just in case.

Craig: my favorite 950

I'll never forget that ride from Tukanukavitz down into Moab; backing it the entire way

Crash testing product...... and yes, I can pick the bike up by my self loaded. :) Luggage boxes held up great.

Dang tumbleweed.

It was worth it though. A little offroad in UT for a great camp site.

It was just as fun for me watching it work and seeing that smile afterwards. Talk about little kid in a candy store.

Nice bike indeed - where did you get your seat from, and are you happy with it?

Wow!

So with 2wd do you simply turn the front into the ground and pop the clutch? It should roll/pop right up, correct?

Or Craig strong like bull?

HI Andreas,

the seat , is the original model 990R, covered with canvas dakar version 30 edition.

The seat of the R model, is designed for driving off road on the footrests..., to travel by road, personally find it very hard.

Greetings.
