I feel sorry for a lot of you okes. You probably cant ride half the year. What do you do? Go in the garage and sit on it and dream for the snow to clear?

I ride everyday all year. Put on about 30-40 000 km per year on my 2 bikes.

This is how I get by in the winter time. 800cc 150 HP fuel injected twin cylinder 2 stroke. Next best thing to riding a motorcycle.

Do you have the forks raised in the triples or is it just the photo angle.

Beautiful bike!

Thanks

There are 3/4" spacers between the triple and the fender, but I also noticed that the shop messed with my front fork settings for some bizzare reason. The spring preload was backed right off and the compression setting changed. I noticed this while out playing in the dirt and have since fixed it. For the life of me I don't know why the shop would have touched that.

How far is your fork tube sticking above the top triple out of curiosity?

FWIW You probably get much better dirt spray protection with your fender closer like that.

In the photo.. are you south of downtown Calgary looking north?

Fork tubes are dead even with the upper triple. The fender works great as long as the preload and compression is set right.

I am thinking about the Higher "R" suspension for next year's budget.

I am south east of Calgary downtown. South of highway 22X and east of Deerfoot looking back north, yes. The new developement is called Auburn hills. It won't be dirt for long, but it is nice to play in for now.
