First step on the way to Dublin, Ireland

First stop in my trip, Paris, France were I was born 24 years ago
That's a step of 700km, total trip to Dublin will be approx. 3000 or more.

Nice to see they lit the tower in the right colour for you

Have you been throwing mud at your bike? How did the swing arm stay so clean?

If you get to Britain in the next day or two you'll be wanting your waterproofs, at least it'll clean your bike.

Bike was really much dirty before but I got rain during 300km while driving to Paris, so it was a bit cleaner on the front

Thanks for the info you sent, i mentioned your name when interviewed over the phone by 'Bike' but a lot of what i said was condensed down to a few paragraphs about the Alps.

Yea twas me. I've got a mobile home on the beach near St Tropez and have done some good stuff down there on the bike and in a 4 x 4 (sorry!) so it was nice to do something different off road further north, rather than the usual roads and high passes that we do when heading north thru the Alps.

Seriously i have definate plans for another Derbyshire weekend again next year with a few improvements
