Frikkin' awesome pictures as always Geek and quite dramatic pix there Paul

If you guys don't know about this tool yet, it's amazing and FREE:

ICE , Image Composite Editor, info here

Available in 64-bit and 32-bit from Microsoft Research.

Once you see how fast and easy you can stitch vast quantities of pictures together flawlessly and create wrap arounds and giant panorama's that you can zoom in on to amazing detail levels, you'll never think the same way about what images you can create. I know it did that for me and quite a few people I've told about it. Discovered it random searching for a good photo stitcher, and I don't think there's anything else out there like it, especially at that price.

Now go out out there and grab grand sweeping panorama's with LC8s in them and give Geek a run for his money (oh and don't forget tone mapping and HDR).

New....well sort of.....KTM 990

About 8 weeks ago I was taken out by a neighborhood dog. Doing approx. 30 on the way home from work and he came out from behind a truck as if to give chase and misjudged the time distance continuum,. The 990 was previously all white, here are some pics of the upgrades over the past 8 weeks. Huge thanks to CJ for working with me, especially on the tanks, and to Darryl at cyclopsmotorsports for the kick ass Carbon fiber screen! Here are some of the pics. I still havent decided what to do about the front fender, but I find it very annoying and out of place now, where before I really, really liked it. Front fender design, graphics were from Crispin, so if anybody has a dark ( low fender (in good condition) they are interested in selling or trading let me know.

I am really digging this screen!

This should all be posted in "What did you do to your......" But this has been in progress for the past few months.
I have noticed an increase in horsepower due to the filter but have not yet dynoed.
I never really had an issue with the stock screen buffeting, but come from a sport bike background, and at 5'10" and 165....just not a real issue, so I cant really speak to buffeting with this windscreen from Cyclops Motorsports, however, I sure like the looks of it! I do have a several day trip next week and can maybe speak more to it. Thanks again Darryl! CJ helped me a lot to locate some tanks and I really appreciate it along with all the other parts I ordered from him, Thanks again.

Nicely set up bike, dheimer. Glad you got it back together. You could just paint your front fender with flat or satin black rattlecan.I left some of the original orange paint behind as racing stripes. The completely orange fender looked out of place after the tanks were added.

Four of us from Northern CA with 990 Adventures decided to do a 5 state 2100 mile tour (UT,CO,AZ,NM,NV). We decided to skip the 600 miles of boring slab and trailer to Las Vegas NV. We could have taken backroads and dirt, but that was mostly stuff we have done many times and we wanted to spend all of our riding time doing something new. Highlights included The Valley of Fire,

We then traveled through Zion, and camped out for the night near Mt Carmel.

The next day was Bryce Canyon then through the Escalante Staircase,

At Boulder UT we took the Burr trail, which started out paved then turned to dirt

After a long off road with a lot of deep sand washes we made it to Capital Reef NP. and camped nearby

Next was the ride to Moab. I'm not sure how many pictures I can have in a single post so I will continue with another post.

What happened to Matto Cycle? Don't they carry KTM any longer? Went to site to order few things and no KTM.

What kind of auxiliary lights are those mounted to the crash bars?
