One: I can't ride over that train trestle.

Two: I have heard that a S.P.O.T. device can come in mighty handy. Just ask 10cup. Don't ask me about them though, I don't have one.

I got a SPOT 1 on ebay. $29 shipped. I got free tracking for a year using a discount code from Everytrail.com. So for $129 for a year my SPOT page gives my family peace of mind.

Doc, you can post BS here all you want, we post BS in the NW thread, what's the difference? You can even come down & ride with us just like we go up and ride with you all.
More Arkansas participation in the regional form is better for all in all ways, more options, more ridding buddies, more choices, witness the guys getting together for the Forrester ride, Alfalfa getting out more, more reports of places to go, Even Apostle2 is posting............

But you know all that and were just wanting some attention from us down here, right? ;)
Bawahahahaha

Well, you don't worry about compression, spelling or making sense.... So I do not see any real time sink for you......

I'm looking at my gazetteer and thinking about my next day off.
FR67 along the top of Dutch Creek Mtn in between hwy 28 and hwy 80 might be nice. Page 39 of the gazetteer.
FR158 along the top of Potteau also. Page 38.
I've been thinking about another trip to Runestone SP, this time on gravel. I was not far from there and saw a 50' waterfall. It was thin, like the one at Pedestal Rocks SP. It would take some wondering around to find it again.

Apparently, cars are dangerous

I saw this wreck today while on the job. I went through the intersection again just an hour later, and there were absolutely NO skid marks. Distracted driving was the cause, I'm sure. Glad there wasn't a motorcycle under there.

The skid marks were in the pants, where it counts.

I beg to differ there...in the pants was the real "pile" up!

So now my Triumph's battery is dead.

Reminded me of this old vid.

My Triumph is an '01 and the original battery still works fine.
My hawk gt original battery lasted 11 years. Identical Yuasa replacement lasted less than 2. Cheap off brand replacement is still in there after several years.

I still haven't fixed the rear flat on the Triumph.
