Saw two riders southbound on Cold Spring Rd., about noon on Sep 2. In really really hard rain.

I was the northbound KLR - yellow jacket, white helmet, modulating headlight.

Sure was glad when the rain stopped!

That was me on a blue DR and T!mster on a XR. That was some hard, cold rain, visibility was horrible.

Sure was. Hope you got out of the rain soon. I stopped at the general store on Rt 250 -- BBQ, free WiFi, and a 100-mile bicycle race for spectating (those people are crazy!). Checked radar weather on my smartphone and could see the storm cell would pass.

After the rain, rode north to Reddish Knob, passing a couple hundred bicycles on the way (really, not exaggerating). The bikes climbed within a few hundred vertical feet of Reddish (those people are crazy! RESPECT!). Reddish was mostly in the clouds, and so was Flagpole Knob. But it was a nice ride for sure.
