The front of that fender looks as though it's just got the edge folded over, the nicest way is to "wire" the edge.

I have had several RE's now all I can say is they can take whatever you throw at them. I'd never had a rebuild.....ever.

You've confirmed my suspicions.....a good solid design. I'm very happy with mine. Your exhaust system turned looks great. High pipes are best,IMO.

I will check with the metal worker dude about the front folded lip, honestly I think they could get it done but not sure how.
