Oh yes, Brad knows them alright. Heinz has been there since the old Trans-Maritime days, then Viking, and now Canadian.

And I consider barry Grant a dear friend. We started flying around the same time and flew together in Newfoundland in the 80s. Great guy and a very skilled pilot.
Hi Brad.

Heinz flew that PEI job for me, I told him I would email the Toxic photo to Barry so the boys back home could see just how "hard" their boss was working while they were covered in tree pesticide.

Barry and I did a Canada Tourism job this fall, he is a top man, got us some of the best nose mount shots I have ever filmed. Dave Bursey in Nfld is another great guy, we did Gros Morne for a week.

Now HERE is the machine I want to charter after my lottery win........ take 85 friends skydiving !
( or quite a few of you guys biking to Mongolia ..... )

How about it Rider ?

Bursey is another peach. You're getting to fly with some top-notch experience for sure.

Here's another shot of the old girl. I can't remember whose this was, but it was one of the few 430s I flew that was actually painted

Airborne survey, or 'towing bird' as we called it. A multi-channel geophysics contraption with a whole shitload of computers in the back of the aircraft.

A 'chopper' has two wheel, handlebars, and a fat guy with tattoos. It's a helicopter.

And I'm always happy to see you. Leave.

Radar called it a chopper. That's good enough for me.

is that the one with an entire school around it?

I love this thread, I secretly have wanted to be a pilot forever, and always thought helicopters were much more "sophisticated".

Well, obviously they can't be that "sophisticated" if guys like WeirD and Brad Vardy can fly them.

yeah... total mess. I think he was on one of those VH1 specials at one point. You know, the ones that you get on only when you're a total drugged out loser?
