It is that beautiful. The people are very helpful as well. I am planning another trip there for next summer. Great riding for everything from dirt to winding pavement. The state has three tours mapped out that includes some of the best road riding. For dirt or dual sport check out the Hatfield McCoy trail system. It is worth the $50 annual fee.

What a place!
I was born and raised in WV. Took a few of my FL "buds" to check out the old stompin grounds. They want to go back and stay longer now.....me too!!

I grew up in WV and although I highly enjoyed riding the state. I absolutely and positively recommend having a local that can escort you if you decide to do any trailing. Extremely quiet mufflers go a long way when it comes to flying under the radar. I must be getting old....
 I am fairly new here on this forum although I lurked for a long time and rarely post here. I am currently living in NC and hope to ride with many of you Mountaineers this season. Since I have been gone for a few years I need an escort also.
