I agree... It is a very well built, handy, nice looking plate. I never though I would have this problem. Wish I never had because I love it...

When you have the new one ready to go, I'll take one! Black... Orange... whatever.

Also interested in the new (shallower/ramped) tray design. Is that going to happen, and if so, is there an ETA?
Does the bead breaker fit in the new tray? What's the cost of a breaker/tray combo? Great looking product. |

New Prototype
Hi there,
I have installed the new "angled" tray and ride around town for almost a week now. Unfortunately didn't have chance to abuse it on dirth yet but next week I'll do so in Death Valley and post a detailed review. So far here is my 2 cents: It doesn't look like the tire will hit as much. I am saying as much because as we all know there are guys who hits their rear tire even to the plastic under the seat. But this new design should cut mine to next to nothing. It is smaller inside but I still fit 3 tire irons, rear tube and couple more stuff. I am not sure about the bead breaker. Norm should know that. Once again, it is great to have the extra compartment on the bike. First version is still good for most of the riders, if you ride mostly in the city, on freeways or mild back roads, don't do any intermediate/hard off-road rides. Anyways, keep up the good work Norm. Thanks for this great tray. ![]() ![]() You can easily see the difference between the two model. New one is way above the nuts. That was the problem with the old one. ![]()

Hi Norm,
I probably should change out the original and get the shallow one as well. Thanks,

I'll take a black with the bead breaker. How much total with shipping to Missoula Mt? How do I pay? I have an 07 with ABS, as per the post it will fit. Do you send some instructions as well?
Cheers.
